sweet and innocent
gone in a second
taken by a vulture
who wanted to break it
no one noticed
or rather cared
no one believed it
nor would have dared
scars were left
but none could see
given by one
who shouldn't be
empty and barren
of any emotion
left here forever
with no devotion
taken in by the pain
inflicted by another
left to be tormented
by it's own ungrateful mother
