Rain
Rain and darkness all around
Leaving me crumbled to the ground
I feel it stinging me as it falls
The rain of a world lost through my calls
Not able to move my dilapidated soul
I lay there having lost all control
Needing some sort of respite
From the agonizing trip
Too late for hope I fear
As the rain mingles with my tear
Optimism is losing what ground was gained
All because of this terrorizing rain
