Coward
I let the pain take over
While I run for cover
Knowing it will get worse
As I sit writing this verse
I can't deal with this much longer
But everyone says it's making me stronger
I feel I am a coward
With no guts to go forward
That in itself is the truth
While I wait patiently for you
