Alone
Out my expansive window I long to look
For back to what I know is where it took
Bright and glimmering the sun shines down
Upon all of the glorious greenery all around
Just to see, to feel, to smell the crisp air
All with a sense of feeling I am nowhere
Alone in the expanse of this large universe
All the while reasoning with rhyme and verse
Jealous of those who have freedom
Angry at myself for taking away the lot
For it is I who can relieve the situation
And no longer make it my frustration
