Saviour
Left alone to my own devices
I see nothing that suffices
Words spoken in rhythmic lines
With a daunting melody in my mind
Glimpses of laughter flash through
As I know only she can do
I can only imagine what she's like
As she hidden far from my sight
I feel her agony in every word
I recognize her pain so absurd
Listening intently as it goes on
The breathing through the painful song
I imitate the intenseness of it all
Knowing I will never fall
As long as I have her songs I won't regret
My life as it is I owe a great debt
To the one who broke through my wall
I just hope one day she will hear my call
