Drip
Crimson against a pale shade of white
The contrast seems so bright
drip drip drip
It is so loud in my ears
Oblivious to the pain that was made
Searching my brain for what it should be
And still
drip drip drip
I watch every drop turn black to red
Falling against the pure surface
The pain registers in my overwrought head
Inside screaming
drip drip drip
