Demons
The lurking darkness of another eve has come
Taking with it all peacefulness with which is gone
Demons and ghouls rule throughout
Leaving no room for questions or doubt
The looming shadows careen over all below
Making it difficult for any light to bellow
The glowing autumn moon is an orb of phosphorescence
Letting little shine from its awesome ever-presence
The trees whistle in the cool brisk breeze
Shaking and shivering as they lose their leaves
The demons wreak havoc in the darkness
Leaving warning and signs never to bless
